On Saturday, December 14, at the former Command Building of Rinaggiu in Tempio Pausania (Sassari, Italy), the “Stazzi e Cussogghj� Cultural Association awarded Marco and Stella Boglione with “Lu Carrulu� 2024, a miniature reproduction of the traditional Gallura ox cart. The award is given annually to personalities who have contributed through their commitment and art to making Gallura known in Italy and worldwide. The award is in recognition of the work done in recent years with Biru srl Agricola on the Culuccia and Santa Teresa agricultural estates, particularly in wine, honey, gin, and oyster production in the context of maximum environmental sustainability. Along with Marco and Stella Boglione, jurist Michele Tamponi, recently appointed to the Accademia dei Lincei, was honored.
